Adam Ingersoll ‐ Executive Vice President
Adam Ingersoll, Executive Vice President of 1031 and the Boulder County Market, brings over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, construction lending, management and property exchanges to the 1031 Corporation Exchange Professionals. Adam is involved with all areas of 1031 Corporation, overseeing the corporate strategies, business development, exchange education and personnel management.
Adam has opened and managed FirstBank locations in Longmont, Firestone, Erie, Westminster, and Broomfield. His knowledge and real estate lending experience provides clients with valuable support throughout their exchange transactions.
Adam Earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from University of Colorado at Boulder, and his Master's Degree in Accounting from the John Sperling School of Business. He also holds a Graduate School of Banking degree from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
Jana Bosley – Certified Exchange Specialist®
Jana Bosley is a Certified Exchange Specialist® with 1031 Corporation Exchange Professionals. Prior to joining 1031 Corporation in 2016, Jana worked as a New Account Lead Representative for 16 years in the Longmont trade area. Jana assists clients with multi-property, delayed, and reverse 1031 exchanges.
Benjamin Kopetzky ‐ Exchange Specialist
Benjamin Kopetzky is an Exchange Specialist, working for 1031 Corporation Exchange Professionals. Benjamin established himself working for FirstBank since 2015. Prior to joining 1031 Corporation, he worked in the operations field of FirstBank as a Teller and Senior Personal Banker. He now assists clients with multi-property, delayed, and reverse 1031 Exchanges.
Benjamin earned his Bachelor's Degree in History with Minors in Anthropology and Asian Studies from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado.
Emma Van Winkle – Exchange Specialist
Emma Van Winkle is an Exchange Specialist with 1031 Corporation Exchange Professionals. Prior to joining 1031 Corporation in 2021, Emma worked in the operations field of FirstBank as a Teller, Lead Teller, and Lead personal Banker for four years. She now assists clients with multi-property, delayed, and reverse 1031 Exchanges.
Emma earned her Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and History at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
Leslynn Kleespies ‐ Exchange Specialist
Leslynn Kleespies is an Exchange Specialist with 1031 Corporation Exchange Professionals. Prior to joining 1031 Corporation, most recently, Leslynn worked in the FirstBank loans department as a Senior Loan Specialist assisting with residential and commercial loans. Leslynn has worked in the banking industry since 1995 in new accounts, operations, and bookkeeping. Leslynn has a Bachelor's Degree in Education. As a 1031 Exchange Specialist, Leslynn now assists the Certified Exchange Specialists® and clients with multi-property, delayed, and reverse 1031 Exchanges.
Jeff King – Senior Vice President
Jeff King, Senior Vice President for 1031 Corporation and FirstBank, brings 17 years of commercial and real estate lending experience to the 1031 Corporation Exchange Professionals management team. He is involved in all facets of 1031 Corporation, with primary responsibility for corporate strategy, business development and personnel management. During his career with FirstBank, Jeff has managed bank locations in a number of trade areas, including Longmont, Boulder and Brighton. His experience in diverse markets adds additional knowledge to the 1031 exchange transaction.
Jeff earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Metropolitan State College of Denver, and his Graduate School of Banking degree from the University of Wisconsin.
